北京航空航天大學博士生導師向明友教授來校做“與外語教師談教學論科研”學術(shù)報告

應我校外國語學院邀請，北京航空航天大學博士生導師向明友教授（北京航空航天大學藍天學者特聘教授，北航文科二級崗教授，教育部新世紀優(yōu)秀人才，外國語學院院長。現(xiàn)兼任教育部大學外語教學指導委員會副主任委員、國家哲學社會科學基金、教育部人文社科基金評審專家，國家留學基金委評審專家，中國語言教育研究會副會長，中國外語教學研究會ESP專業(yè)委員會常務理事，中國語用學會理事）來我校做學術(shù)報告。具體安排如下：

附：向明友教授簡介

向明友，男，1966年生，博士，北京航空航天大學藍天學者特聘教授，北航文科二級崗教授，博士生導師，教育部新世紀優(yōu)秀人才，外國語學院院長。1998年畢業(yè)于上海外國語大學“外國語言學及應用語言學”專業(yè)，師從語言學家王德春教授，獲文學博士學位；2002-2003年間赴美國卡內(nèi)基-梅隆大學英語系作博士后研究，師從語言學家Paul Hopper教授。曾長期擔任同濟大學、上海外國語大學副教授、教授、博士生導師。2009年作為“杰出人文教授”引進北京航空航天大學?，F(xiàn)兼任教育部大學外語教學指導委員會副主任委員、國家哲學社會科學基金、教育部人文社科基金評審專家，國家留學基金委評審專家，中國語言教育研究會副會長，中國外語教學研究會ESP專業(yè)委員會常務理事，中國語用學會理事以及華中科技大學，中國政法大學，華東政法大學等高校兼職教授。

向明友授長期從事語用學及功能語言學研究，先后發(fā)表研究性論文30余篇，出版著作、教材、文集6部，主持國家社科基金項目2項，教育部人文社會科學研究“十五”規(guī)劃項目1項，教育部回國留學人員科研啟動基金項目1項，北京市哲學社會科學基金項目1項。

Xiang Mingyou is a Professor of Englishand linguistics withinterests in pragmatics andfunctional linguistics at Beihang University. He received his Ph.D inlinguistics from Shanghai International Studies University in 1998. He worked asa  postdoctor from 2002 to 2003 with Professor Paul Hopper at Carnegie-Mellon University. Between 2004 and 2008,he wasHead of English Department atTongji University. He was the founder of the Ph.D program in linguistics atTongji University, and the founder of the Ph.D program in Foreign Languages and Literature at BeihangUniversity. Professor Xiang was awarded the title of "NewCentury Excellent Talents" by the Chinese Ministry of Education in 2009,and selected as a Blue-Skydistinguished professor of Beihang University in 2010. He is now the dean ofthe School of Foreign languages at Beihang University. For the past 10 years, Dr. Xiang has worked on economic approach to human speech behaviorwith a long-term ambition toestablish a new branch of studies in Pragmatics i.e. Econo-pragmatics. He has been the author ofmore than 30 journal articles and lead author of 6 books.
